I’m having problems with score display in my Raven (Gottlieb system 80B) that I cant seem to figure out. I’m hoping that someone has more experience with these than i do as there is not a lot of info on these Gottlieb alphanumeric displays. The issue I’m having is the lower score display always has all the commas on when showing the score. Swapped the display to another system 80b game and the problem follows the display so we know the issue is on the display board. Since the Schematics show that the comma For the lower display comes from the digit driver u2, I replaced it and still is not fixed. Not sure what to try next. Some of these chips are expensive and hard to find so don’t want to wast time and money for Nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

Interesting issue.
Is the decimal point also lit (just above the comma between each digit) ?
Did you check for any shorts between display 2 pins?
...I wonder if there might be a short in the display glass itself - given U2 was already replaced...
