Is the a complete restore, HUO or just a great condition TOTAN?

I purchased it 6 months ago from a collector in Calgary and he said it was completely restored approximately two years ago the, Playfield is in excellent shape and I will add pictures of inside of both the Playfield and the backboxs shortly
