If you have no luck finding one you could always relive your childhood memories through MAME on your computer.
If you want a more authentic experience you could pick up a used Madcatz SFIV TE stick for $50-80 off kijiji. Just make sure you get the XBOX360 version which connects up to your computer via USB. Windows should just recognize it as a generic game controller. If you need help setting this up with MAME let me know. Good luck on your search!

That game is fantastic, I dumped lots of quarters into it.
Most MAME controllers don't feel right for this game; it had 5 buttons. One for each leg, arm and head. It's kinda like mortal kombat, in that a 6 button layout seems odd. It would be easy to build a dedicated MAME cabinet/controller to run this one game if your into that option too.
