I'd rate the 4 models like this:
1. TMNT pro
2. SW Pro
3 SW Prem
4 TMNT Prem
I have a tmnt pro and LOVE love it.
I'd put tmnt pro way over sw pro but I still like sw most than the average player.
The reason I like the pro's on both over the premiums is the viewing area. I find the extra 'stuff' gets in the way. Especially on TMNT where it almost feels claustrophobic to me. The shooter lane to van ramp(?) covers a bit of the right back orbit, the diverter covers the top middle of the playfield, the habit trails are lower on the pf than the pro and the ramp signs are twice as large. Not a fan. I waited a while to play one, finally found one in buffalo to play (pocketeer), and was pretty disappointed. Plus I like the launch feed and being able to control if you want the extra bonuses (multiplier lane and pop mysteries) or avoiding changing the pizza toppings and/or wanting to hit the 'middle' ramp or krang loop. Anyways, If you've already bought a game I'm sure it'll be fun whatever you get. I really like Dwight's use of characters. Having 4 players to choose from on both titles adds a lot, especially at home, imo. TMNT Co-op is a party favorite and is really well done. The code for tmnt still has some tweaking to do, but Dwight has said he doesn't consider it complete yet; there is a rare reset bug that may or may not be fixed already. I personally want it fixed so this game gets some love in tournaments, but at home it doesn't bother me.
Between TMNT and SW I'd say if the theme hasn't convinced you which one to pick yet, I'd go with TMNT. Better shooter, and I'd give the code a slight edge (but not much). Although I do like the use of the action button on SW way over tmnt pro which barely uses it. If that matters to you. TMNT is probably the fastest stern too, so, if you don't want to be challenged you might lean towards SW too. Anyways, hope this helps (you or someone in the future. I'll copy/paste a review I did from another site.

from my pinside review:
I've never played more games of pinball than I have on this machine. Amazing shooter, surprisingly clever code, some of the best 'moments' in all of pinball, incredible art package, great theme integration (rare with stern), and an incredible shooter (worth saying twice). One of Borgs best layouts and looks standard to the eye but sends the ball in surprising directions like the ramp to orbit shot (I think its why some struggle with this to begin with). The upper flipper is important (ahem, LZ) and there's 4 ways to get to it! As a borg game one outlane can be brutal; it's the left on this game. You have to be ready and predictive to keep it out of there. The pizza disk is a great toy and the code for it amazingly helps the disk from sending the ball sdtm. The ninja pizza mb is seemingly Euro-board-game rules inspired with its selectable topping change the bonuses you play with (selected with pop bumpers and pizza targets, then you can get bonuses like more balls and shot values increases; too complicated to explain here). And there's great little gems in the code like the April hurry up which value is based on the events you have currently running. Some think the scoring is heavily unbalanced to the NPMB super JP's but I think there's lots of points in the modes(episodes) if you take in account the EOB bonuses especially with multipliers. The hurry ups can be small, and often should just be avoided unless stacked with another shot. That said, I've had foot 123's that were worth 15mil (with raphs 3x and the foot value (accumulative from spinner) crazy high after a huge game). There's still lots of unbalanced scoring but as of 1.52 code Dwight Sullivan has stated that he doesn't consider the code done.
