Well, as far as basements go, I am a fan of pool tables going and pins moving in. (in general)
This was key for Wong's basement. No room for a pool table there.
There are exceptions to the rules of course.
Removing Luch's pool table would yield nothing.
Pure lunacy.
It belongs right where it is.
As for this "Leafs den", we require more panoramic
photos to judge for sure.
But, with a Leafs themed start, I would not mess with it.
I have been welcomed and embraced in many homes
of my Hab neighbours, and their lairs are similar.
In the end, I say this...
Make everything you may of YOUR space.
It is about the experience and the journey,
not the destination.

If and when I need more room for pins , I have a whole another room 12 x 40 ft not currently being used .
