OK, trying to get my RFM converted over to 110V. Everything I've read refers to 0.093" male Molex pins, which I have plenty of. However, in my instance a 0.093" pin is too big. It won't fit in the plug, and won't fit into the female end. The existing pins are tapered at the tip. Anyone seen this before?

Re: Voltage Jumper - Part 1

Maybe they used .062"? Butnafaik those are not tapered... why can't you just rescue the originals and move them to the correct locations?

I can rescue the originals, but I need to add a third wire (orange in the bottom photo) and this is where the problem comes up.

I think I finally figured out my dilemma. Molex tells me it is a .084" pin, part no. 02-08-2004. At the base it is .091" and tapers to .084" at the tip. Drawing is attached.

Not sure if my RFM is an anomaly, but these are the pins I'll need for my voltage jumper. Hope this helps anyone with a RFM or SWEI in the future.
