Whirlwind paint mix

Anyone have a current Whirlwind blue paint mixture.
nothing off the shelf seems to come close.

Just wondering if anyone has had some made.

Anyone good at mixing paint.
I brought in a paint sample and this was the match. Any suggestion what to add to 1qt.

try grabbing all the blue card samples , paint chips and see which one is closest

Thanks for all the help! I think I found it. Finally found someone with some intelligence at Rona. Because of that I also got his name and wrote a review about him and how knowledgeable he was. And I'm going to say skilled. I'll update with some pics to compare to that first paint match LOL.

I did this recently, there is an off the shelf pre- mix paint that works well. The name was "Blue Ink" I think it was a rustoleum product. Almost a perfect colour match inside the cabinet. I might still have a can at home and can send you a picture.
