I am selling everything I have for personal reasons, but please don't try to take advantage of me by lowballing me, I rather list the game on Ebay at a 1$ starting bid with no reserve than deal with a lowballer......
I know that this will probably not sell here but I'm listing my games everywhere just in case......
Game works 100% and is in very very nice condition (is it the nicest one in the 10 prototypes that where made???

), the cabinet was restored and the black repainted (inside also) and what a job it was to make those stencils

, legs repainted, every metal part on the cabinet and playfield were removed and soaked in Evapo-Rust to remove rust, dirt and give a nice shine, perfect clearcoated playfield, all plastics are nice and unbroken except for one (see pics), new locks on all three doors, boards were gone over and ROM's updated by Mindstorm, new leg levelers, new remote battery pack, original coin box with cover are included, I'll include a Joust manual with the game since setting in the game adjustement menu are similar to Joust, I also have a switch matrix and solonoid list made by a guy in California who also has a Rat Race and gave them to me, will also include a few spare parts, new spare ROM's and a display board (I don't remember if it's working or not).
Asking 8000$ for the Canadian pinball community, it'll be at 7000$ USD elsewhere.
Here's a video I made a few years ago with another Rat Race I've owned:

I forgot to mention that I'll include the whitewood prototype playfield with the game to who ever buys this.
See pics.
And thanks a lot Mwong for the pics, I don't know how to upload them here.....

Wow, is that ever cool.... Ive not seen anything like it. It looks really nicely restored too

You've likely never seen it before because it never went into production, and only 10 games were ever made. I believe Claude has owned at least two different examples of this game...

Yeah, that's crazy he came across 2 of the 10 prototype, and has a whiteboard pf. I'm surprised they didn't go into production, as a kid if I'd have walked by one of those, I would have dropped some quarters in it for sure

Yes, I've had 2 different examples, this one was likely the first complete game or at least one of the first they made, it does'nt have a marquee like the 4 others I've seen from different collectors, it has a painted cabinet, but mostly there is a difference in game play, the PF tilts and tips slower than my first RR, it makes the game much harder to control the ball unlike the first one I've owned.
I prefer this one......I like a game with a challenge.
