Williams Sys 11 Fire!

Perfect machine for a firehouse, or, for a fan of the 80s hair band Firehouse! This is the machine that boldly proclaims: “NO POPS? NO PROBLEM!”

The game was purchased from the Allentown show about 8 years ago and was in pretty shitty, unplayable condition. I've done my best to bring the game back to working order and make it a looker.
  • New CPR playfield installed (Silver grade, I believe, from the first run of repro PFs). Game has only ~200 plays on it since install, so it's not completely broken in yet. Plays fast and mean.
  • Rebuilt flippers.
  • Rottendog MPU, Rottendog Display.
  • Tasteful Comet LEDs throughout, in both inserts and flashers.
  • New rubber installed last summer when PF was installed.
  • Vaccumform houses which are normally destroyed/melted are all intact and accounted for. Ball lock plastic on right side has been repaired using Joe Zenkus' Fire! ball lock support. Will include the support for the left side, but it was not installed because the lock plastic was intact.
  • “Save My Baby” targets, again normally cracked/broken, are both intact and accounted for (one is an aftermarket replacement made of Lexan).
  • Top bell is present and accounted for and works 100%
  • New PF glass.
  • New translite.
  • New (and correct) half-ribbed Sys 11 legs with cab protectors.
  • Cabinet is so-so. Missing a small bit of art on the right side (see picture). Two small spots of JPWeld wood filler on the head. There is some swelling on the bottom board near the coin door from location drink spillage in the 80s.
  • Will include a set of replacement cab art decals I got from RetroRefurbs before they got a C&D from Planetary. Decals are not period correct for this game, but I'll include them if someone wants slick looking cabinet (or to pass along to another Fire! owner.
  • Will include printed manual in three-ring binder.

$3500 OBO. Interesting trades considered, but money talks in this case. No shipping option will be offered at this time, machine located in Burlington, ON. Easy access loading. Thanks for looking.

Good morning.

Is this still available? I have a couple here in London who bought their first pin, a comet a few months back and are enjoying pinball. I can pass this along to them but if there is interest they would likely require your assistance to load it into their vehicle. Would this be an issue?

Let me know, thank you.

Well, it looks like I should have checked with them first. I messaged Gina after sending the PM here to say that this pin was worth serious consideration based on what the owner has done to it. She has just responded to tell me that she has just lost her job so she is not looking to purchase anything at this point.

I don't expect that it will be too difficult to sell your pin.

Take care and talk soon.
