Yes, Ive seen that one, but its a bit high on price should be mid/high 3k's as should this pin. I don't want to ask an unreasonable amount.

Adam beat me to it. Was just typing that while I don't know the market values for games out west, in our neck of the woods IM commands significantly more than WPT does all day long regardless of condition. If you are willing to add some cash to the trade you might have better luck finding a deal.

Hope that helps.

You dont really see either for sale much so its a stab in the dark really, that IM in qb sold for 3500, and this one above has been sitting for a year at 4200, Im imagining the origional was devalued a little from the ve release. So seems almost on par for what I could sell this guy for so I figured it would be fair. I do appretiate the input though.

That being said, Im sure we can talk if someone is interested.

"....that IM in qb sold for 3500..."

It sold quickly because it was under priced. In the States, HUO IMs are $5K +. I'm guessing routed are $4K to $4.5K depending on condition, mods -- haven't seen too many routed for sale. Like Adam and Doug said, you will need to add cash to get an IM.

Good luck,
Duane

True it probably was underpriced, but that one has been sitting for a year at 4200 so its probably over priced so maybe just shy of 4k would be fair for a routed one? 3800 or so..

It is a nice looking game. It's also one on my WTB list. Unfortunately as you know distance and the trouble of making a long distance deal right now is more trouble than it is worth for me (especially since I will be moving shortly). I hope you find what you are looking for in a trade.

As others have mentioned I believe that Iron man that is sitting also has an additional tax on the price making it another $500-$600 from what is listed.

The one listed is $4,746 including tax and we have no idea what it looks like. Personally, I think a nicely shopped routed IM with some LEDs is around $4,500. Seems HUO IM are in the $5,500 area so $1,000 savings is plenty in my opinion.

Hard to gauge prices, though, to be honest. Prices seems crazy so $4,500 for a routed IM doesn't seem out of line given the current market.

Ok maybe Ill look for a different title then, I like IM but there are lots of other games Id rather have if were talking about that kind of pricing.

Lots of guys asking for a sale, looks like Ill need 3800 + shipping for this guy for a sale if any one wants it. Id still rather trade, but if anyone wants to pay cash we can make it happen.

And the guys here are all on point with pricing. WPT is not a fair trade on IM, and would need a significant boost of cash to make it appealing. You have my info, and I will do what I can to help.

I'm happy this has been a genuine discussion about pricing.. Price discussion usually ends poorly, so it's a real testament on the maturity of our forum. :)

That said, $3800 certainly isn't off the mark for a nice WPT. :) the IMVE release did bring down the price of the original IM's by a fair bit. They were selling for around $7k US last year. That said, I can't put a price on mine.. It's my favourite game (I'm a huge Iron Man fan).

Good luck!
