Yellow flipper bat with a "C" and lightning bolt.

I was doing a cleaning today on my congo and I realized my bottom two bats are the regular yellow ones with the willams logo but the upper flipper is a yellow one but where the willams logo is the is a C inside a circle and a lightning bolt going down the flipper bat. Anyone seen one of these before or know what it's from? Looked around can't find anything.

I think the lightening bolt flippers are usually slightly shorter. Not sure what the c logo is though sorry.

Ya that's what mine looks like but has the C in a circle where the williams logo is. Weird.

It's likely just the manufacturer but I'm not sure which.

I'd check to see if that lightning flipper is shorter than normal and if so change it out for the correct one. I don't believe Congo was supposed to have any lightning flippers installed.

i will next parts order i make. Im in no rush as its just the upper flipper and the extra length wont give me any advantages or disadvantages. I was mainly just wondering about the C logo as ive never seen one.
