Update: Nitro Amusements has agreed to help out with a credit towards another title.
(Amazing customer service from start to finish. Tommy was awesome to deal with.)
Game is no longer available for sale -and nobody was told to eat anything!
New land speed record. Got the pin Monday. Listing it on Wednesday. Hope to have it gone by Friday.
What can I say? This game is so not for me. Definitely should have played it before I ordered one, but after hearing Bowen say it was great, and Frolic loves his, I took a chance.
As you may...
I am the second owner, but first owner had put about 40 plays on it only. Hence the reason I paid $6,000 for it. I paid NIB price, without the box.
The only thing less than 100% perfect is that 1 led socket on the backboard needs replacing.
I would expect it's a simple job for anyone even...
Update: game is back up for sale. I hear that Starburst will have NIB IMVEs shortly for approx $7,200 after taxes (don't quote me on that) for those of you interested.
Yup, I think I've had it for about 4-5 months?
Great game, but it's time for something different.
With only 1 pin setup at a time, I have to rotate the collection!
(And 4-5 months for a pin is a long time for me.)
Comes with the Hooked pop bumper caps and a shaker motor.
Asking $6,100
Not sure how much the new ones will go for when they are ready but I expect much more than this, given the current exchange rate.
I paid $6,000 and then added the pop bumper caps and shaker motor.

Is it too much to tell him I have one for sale at $2500, get him to drive to Toronto, and then not answer the phone when he gets here?
Sorry, couldn't resist.
Personally I've never been a fan of pinball 2000 vs the regular full sized pins.
That's just my opinion though.
Are there any other titles you might consider?
Sounds like you have a decent plan for your first pin.
In that case, take your time and try to get a fair deal.
That way, when you want to trade up, you won't take much of a loss on the resale.
If you're not sure about pricing, be sure to ask!
My suggestion for you is to grab a StarTrek Pro from Starburst/Playdium.
It's fantastic to open a new in box pinball, though if/when you decide to sell it, you'll probably lose about $500 or more.
To me, depending on how long you own the machine, that's pretty good for the privilege of having a...
Yeah, with such limited space, it's tough not to want to play something "else".
I expect my next pin will be Ritchie's new one and that likely won't be for months so hoping IronMan will keep me busy til then!
