You are lucky to get a chance to try before you buy. I generally do a lot of homework and research before I buy and have it shipped. There are few places for me to try any new pins, but I try to stick to popular titles and so far I have been pleased with my purchases.

I am trying again to find someone who has Junk Yard for sale. There is a couple in the USA I have my eye on but it just seems like too much hassle to go that route, so I am hoping a Canadian owner will see an opportunity to sell one.

Is there anyone that has had a pin shipped from the US? There are a few on pinside I have wanted, but it seems like a crap-shoot dealing with customs and US shipping and then Canadian shipping, not to mention hoping you have an honest seller in the States to send money.

Update. I did several transistor changes to fix several issues, but I still have a whole row in the switch matrix not working. Row one consists of tilt, outhole, and one drop target on both banks of drops. Still having a learning experience. Looking at a simple logic probe after I had weird...

It does looks like an early 80's pin. Certainly could stand a ramp or two, but still impressive for such a small business.

Beautiful machine, bummer on the shipping issues. Good price on that also. If I didn't just buy a pin last month I would seriously consider this one, but I need to wait a bit before the next one.
