Played some pretty cool games.
Williams Firefly
Williams Defender
Stern Iron Maiden (both)
Hwy Alien (wow! Loved it) so sad this games is SLICK
Always gotta play Als Garage Band
LEDs are basically the best mod for your money (in my opinion). Less power drain, cooler, bright and flashy.
Petty sure you can recoup most of the cost of a colour dmd.
I have added a Vegas sign to Elvis but the heat did a number on the base after a while. I will be sure to leave more 'meat' on...
All right then.
Although it more about the fix I am sure you may be able to twist my arm for a game or two.
I could use some practise/advice on pin strategy before VFW.
I am going to the GTA saturday and could really use some help with my Nascar garage switch assembly.
Willing to bring my garage to the GTA for the up/down switch to be swapped out.
My tech is buried under his new job, 2 kids and my AP power board rebuild.
I would prefer if you have a Nascar...
First I must state rare does not mean good or better in any sense.
Hercules at Cedar Point back in the teen years. Though the sit in mach 3 that moved emptied my wallet.
MPE had the Predator whitewood. Though I found the Bally Atlantis with the added post between the top and right thumper...
I started with Wizard! But it got difficult to get my buddies to work on it. I basically hit the local auctions and tried to get something ss or newer.
I currently have Elvis and Nascar as Sterns are easier for me to find parts for.
My Alien Poker (my teenage game) is still not up and running...
I have owned HS. I would suggest getting Getaway. If you tire of it after a few years it should hold more value. Also can be modded more (colour dmd, etc).
Go to Ann Arbor and play a bunch at their open house.
Really helps with seeing how the game plays. Make a good short list and wait until one comes up and grab it fast.
There's plenty of fun titles that just don't quite scream own it to me.
So, my tech is now on to swapping out all the logic gates in my sys 6 cpu (Alien Poker).
He saw an online article where you could swap out the ram/proms? with 'tester' chips that would do diagnostics.
Just wondering if anyone has this kind of setup and if we can come by and see it in action...
