Replaced upper left flipper coil and any insert lights that were out. Boots and plays good. $700

Update, got it setup, replaced flaky on off switch, fixed broken wire to rectifier now it boots up and plays!! The bad is rectifier board is hacked, some mpu damage, and left upper flipper needs a new coil but it's working. Still 700... for now will go up if I do anymore work to it.
