3700 usd is 4820 cad not 4650. And when I checked with the local exchange place and bank it would actually cost more then that with fees. Plus the shadow on here was way nicer.

Your usd conversion is way off. There is this amazing new tech called Google where you can type in USD and it shows current canadain. Plus everyone knows games in canada have a mark up as alot of people dont want to go to the states to get a game.
