I was going to check out Mr. Astill's Gladiators, but it sold the night before I could head up, so now I'm thinking of TRYING :eek:to save for Pinfest to see if the prices aren't quite so silly. Dollar notwithstanding....
We had a 'eureka" moment.
We looked at a picture again of the stepper in player one position and asked a simple question, "Are both our switches closed?" Answer, "no, both open".....then the machine thinks its playing four players.
Someone must have taken the stepper apart and not put it back...
So I have a Fire Queen that always wants to play 2 players, but I'm not too worried about that right now.
The issue that concerns me is the 100 point relay will stay energized every once in a while and lock on during both players. I also get totally random points out of my 500 point rollovers...
Not a lot. I may be off all day Tuesday but I'm hoping to get a call from the overtime fairy....
If you have time, could you send me a picture from above of your coin mech playing just one player?

Ok......doesn't quite "live". Plays four players all the time and doesn't want to finish the last [match I think] procedure at the end of ball 5.
Back to looking at pictures......:(

And thanks to Sylvain, after checking all the obvious relays we went back to your post and checked out the coin unit. For some reason the large spring was loose and had looped around...
