I think the same guy just also announced that SMVE colorization is done too to coincide with this release. Good news for Webheads!

I'll clarify my previous recommendation: brand new #47 bulbs are completely safe to have behind a backglass in the home environment and give the most authentic look. These lights aren't going to be cooking the paint for fourteen hours a day/seven days a week like they did back when they were on...
Variety is the spice of life. This hobby can get stagnant and frustrating, from a collectors perspective, quite quickly...shaking things up and experiencing the thrill of the hunt keeps things fresh and interesting. Personally, I'm not satisfied unless I have a game to fix, tinker with and...
When I have to use LEDs in an EM, I rely on Comet LED's Retro bulb...

You can pair the Comet Retro warm white bulb with a clear or frosted lens as well.
Tore the wrapper off the offending GA-34-4000 coil. Two or three windings back I found the break in the line. Sanded off some the red coating on the winding to expose the metal and soldered it back to the lug. I now have a working coil...and a Bally Six Million Dollar Man that works and plays...
Better. Stronger. Faster.
He's alive!
I put all the pieces together and lo and behold, the Six Million Dollar Man fired up and nearly everything worked.
Here are a few of the hiccups I encountered:
- I was missing a ton of insert lamps, and it wasn't due to burnt out bulbs. Manually...
For the high voltage section of classic Bally/Stern, you will be looking for a 25K Ohm 1/2 Watt pot...here are some links to where the part can be found. Menace, correct me if I'm wrong on any of this.

Time to bump this thread. Stenciling is now complete. I had a couple of setbacks: first, I was preoccupied with other cabinet painting projects, and second, the paint I first chose to use gave a less than desirable result. I picked a waterborne alkyd by Dulux sprayed from an LVLP sprayer...
Had a good time at the VFW again this year! I've been each year since the show opened, and can't see myself missing one. The Zacc collection was cool...some rare stuff you'll not see anywhere else. However, the fun factor on a lot of them was pretty limited, but that's just my opinion. Bally...
Spiroagnew's GTB World Fair
I took a break from the Six Million Dollar Man refurb (because I hate working with sticker stencils) and jumped into repainting the cab on my GTB World Fair. Pretty straightforward stenciling on this one—ninety and seventy-five degree angles all around and no coin...
Gottlieb 2-Player and 4-Player metal doors are different sizes. Be careful...take exact measurements. I picked up a 2-player GTB door this year for my Solar City at Allentown...after a year of searching the usual EM sources in the GTA.
I saw Todd and his daughter walking around the flea market area this year, but steered clear. I was in the walk-thru video he did two years ago at Allentown--he ambushed me mid-transaction when I bought my Fire!
I used Bosch Services to finish my basement/gameroom...twice! Once in our old house and once in the current. Excellent service from top to bottom. Came in middle of the road on price when I first collected quotes. Nothing bad to say about the work or the overall experience...total...
