So we squeezed in 7 games at Adam's place before and during the tournament last weekend, and it went pretty well for me. 5-2 in the games we played, plus a win at Whirlwind last night. Much better than the actual tourney went for me, highlighted by the wonderful commentary on my pinball skills...

It was a great time Adam - thanks for everything! I agree on the different machines. Was the practice one ever different than the tourney one...I'm blaming my subpar performance in the "b" final entirely on that, not lack of skill or anything. :)

Renovated the kitchen in 2011, earlier this year my hood fan died. I did my research and purchased the Zephyr Hurricane. Had to special order it. Of course, this week my contractor shows up (as tile removal was involved, and I don't do tiles - at least, I've been told I'm not to do them again)...

So the gifted math teacher can't count...I'm sure that's reassuring. 19-13.
