It's reverse print clear mylar with white layer and a glue backer. It's more expensive for sure.. but I doubt it's $400 more than the regular vinyl. Also don't they already clearcoat the vinyl decals after application?

Looks like he's had to change a few things due to copyright. The Xenon girl is now totally different, and there used to be a Dracula image pulled directly from the Comet playfield.
