I keep ALL of the used parts I pull out of machines unless it's totally busted. You never know when you need somthnig in a pinch, or if the parts supplies will ever dry up!

The tapered links were usually only found in games with the conical return spring that sat over the plunger/link, as the taper helped keep the spring centered. I also think these links were abandoned in favor of the non-tapered version as the taper section was a weak link and prone to...
If you're not installing a complete flipper rebuild kit, I can see you having this issue. I'm sure if you buy a kit, regardless of link style you can rest assured the stops will be the correct type that make contact with the plunger because the flipper coil size has never changed.

I've seen a few change hands over the last year, but it's not something you see available everyday. I would say $1500 in this market would be the low end and likely a pretty rough copy. If you wanted something decent you'll likely be closer to 2K.

I believe they are running the original code via an emulator, so if there is any software beyond the colorization it's likely bug fixes for the emulation side.

As the title says, I have a brand new STTNG Delta ramp available with decal.
It's not pre-loaded, which means it doesn't have a ramp flap or the wireform exit hardware but I have the correct rivets used by the factory and a press, so this is fairly easy to swap over from the existing ramp...
I am seriously impressed by the quality of workmanship this guy has managed to churn out on his ramps. Great resource for the hobby.
I wonder why he chose Hurricane over the missing ramp for Cyclone?

I think I saw in another thread that he was asking $1960 for it, and it comes shopped for that price. (unless my memory is fading, which is completely possible!)

A13 for $4k?!? That's crazy talk. I think $3200 is even nutso, but maybe that's just me. I would go so far as to say that game shouldn't be more than $2800 in decent shape but then again the market seems to have gone bonkers so what do I know... I just keep fixing the damn things.

Being a repair tech if I may toss my $0.02 into this convo... Stay away from the Gottlieb Sys1 and Sys80 era of games for your first and or second pin (and maybe any pin depending on your interests). Unless you are well versed in repair, these games will be your worst nightmare.
