Based on the picture you posted, your MPU is not seeing ANY 5VDC from the driver PCB. As I can see from your pic of inside the head your driver PCB is missing the regulated 5VDC as LED4 is not lit, and D21 on the MPU is out as is the 5V led on the Aux8 PCB. You need to check F113 to see if...

It doesn't look restored to me, but if it's working I would say that isn't a horrible price. Fully restored TRON vids go for a LOT more. D

If nobody has one, it wouldn't take much to have that fabricated at a local metal shop. Probably wouldn't cost you much. D

Insert ghosting... on some WPC games the lamp matrix has trouble keeping LED's turned off as the code was written for incandescent bulbs. There is a patch you can apply to these WPC ROM's to update the lamp matrix code to eliminate this issue. D

Get LOTS of detailed pictures. Have him crate the game really well. Make sure there is enough insurance added to the shipment to cover any damage / total loss. There was a recent incident involving a AC/DC BIBLE that was written off when the carrier transporting the game rolled the truck...

I've had the pleasure of knowing and dealing with Mike for 10 years. I'm still in shock that he's no longer with us, and my thoughts are with his family and friends. Truly one of the great people in this hobby. D
