Both of these games were not using the magnest as sling shots, so the amount of use was a LOT less than it will be on GB. Stern also doesn't have the best quality when it comes to their clearcoat, which is what prompted me to think about this in the first place.

I wonder if the magnet slings will wear these PF's out in the sling area given it will not only be pulling the ball away from the sling but towards the PF at the same time? Hmmmm....

The magnets are the ONLY "sling mechanism" in the Prem/LE models currently. There physically isn't any room for a mechanical sling setup with the location of the magnets and inserts.

In a perfect world I would agree, unfortunately with the magnet configuratoin under the PF there is no physical room to fit the sling mechanisms. (based on the under PF pics' I've seen)

I sold my old original topper that had a bit of fade and bubbled in the center a couple years ago for over $300 to give you an idea on pricing. Luckily I have a NOS decal that I found WAY back in the day. (which is why I sold my old original)

These things are as rare as unicorn poop, so be prepared to spend some good coin. There was a repro in the works years ago but the first attempt unfortunately failed miserably and the manufacturer has been unable to get it right.

The GI for that game is the same for all games of the same era, so any schematics will work. What exactly isn't working? Are you looking for a GI pin-out for the J120 & J121 connectors?
