Only resort to a magic eraser as a last resort, especially on older PF's without any clearcoat protecting the art as it can burn through very quickly. Start with novus2 or even wildcat and go from there. D

I think the plastics look fine, but the pics were pointing out the very rough edges. Didn't look nice and smooth like they should be. D

I'm thinking the UV ink in the PF will only seriously shine through if UV LED's are added at right angles under all the PF plastics. Where the tubes are situated on the sides all of the UV gets blocked by the ramps and PF plastics so it never really makes it out to the middle of the PF. I'm...

Ok, then I would check and re-check all of the traces on the board from the header pins all the way back to the logic chip with a DMM on "buzz". If all of the traces check out, then I'd suspect a bad 576. D

Check to see if any of the other Aux-8 devices are working as well, and if not I'd start looking at the ribbon cables. D

Where on the PF is the signature? If it's under the apron it's not as critical to scuff before applying new clear as there is no ball traffic. If the signature is in the field of play, then you're running more risk if you don't scuff it (and if you do, you'll remove the signature). And as...

I noticed that Kevin changed the blacklighting for the game @ TPF, and it was confirmed they are now two large tubes. Be interesting to see how they integrate them into the cab, if at all, but they were needed over the previous design for sure. Sounds like the whole package is slowly coming...

TAF repro PF's are not a fun swap. LOTS of holes missing that need to be drilled... Can't comment on the Creech as I haven't done one of those yet. D
