Re: Needed: pin hauled from Madison, Wisconsin back to Toron
Here's what I would do... Buy John's game with the extra PF and play the bejesus out of it. If after playing it into the ground you feel it's an absolute keeper, hire me to do the PF swap. If not, sell the game with the extra PF...
Yep, 4 DMD's on a 15A is perfect as long as your supply voltage is good. I sometimes forget that not everyone has (or plans) to have 20 pins in the basement. :D

Last night I broke my son's pinfixin' "cherry". Made the decision to tear the topside of my Special Force down for a small shop job, and where it's not a complex or expensive game thought this would be the PERFECT opportunity to have my 10 year old son do all the work. Was a great father /son...
Hmmm... only 15A circuits for the "arcade"? Any reason you didn't opt for 20A? The cost of going from 14/2 to 12/2 for those circuits can't be that drastic can it?

As for the sound issue, as others have stated could be any number of things from simple to...
Well, after almost a year of sitting in my shop on their backs I finally had a couple of spare minutes to do this...
I've now got them unwrapped, and I spent about 30 mins snapping a bunch of pics as I will be starting a full featured post in my section on everything it's going to take to get...

Excellent. This might also remedy the fuse blowing issue as well... If not, post back here.

Lots of factors can contribute to outgassing, but the main one would be age. How many hours the display has been used, ambient temps it was used in (higher temps shorten the life), power supply voltage (too high will age the display quicker) etc.
