WTB Data East 23-800 coil Part #090-5001-01

Just curious, did you have a chance to troubleshoot and fix the root-cause of this melted coil ?
A melted / burned coil in those games is often an indication of an associated shorted drive transistor,
and possibly an overfused F5 fuse on the power supply.
So a new replacement coil will burn again quickly unless the actual root-cause issue is fixed.

(this reply post might hopefully be useful for pinball owners with limited electronics/pinball repair experience,
but would not be very useful to experienced techs who might think this is obvious).

Yes I’ve replaced all the blown devices up stream. There were a couple of issues.
