Selling US money gives you a worse rate... more than Canadian sure, but go to the bank, sell them $100, walk out the door, turn around walk back in and buy $100, you will loose about 4% on the deal. I will buy all the US money you have for .22 on the dollar.

Using US$ asking/selling prices and converting to CDN$ is a flawed approach. Even if our dollars were at par, a pinball machine in the US would cost less than the same game here in Canada. It would be more accurate to take the US$, add something like 5% or more, then convert to CDN$. Then factor in the cost of bringing the game from the U.S. to Canada, etc. I wish it were as simple as converting sale price currencies.

The better comparison is with the same game sold elsewhere in Canada. And even then I notice the price of games in AB and BC to be a bit higher than ON or QC. Just my $0.02... Canadian.

Since Canadian is worth less but as I said I never would want Canadian because it’s not accepted in other countries

Second you say you dont sell it then how do you pay your Bill's in Calgary? In American dollars?

Third how did you get the price on your shitty space invaders that isnt selling?
Lots of those sell under 1k usd so at your 22% conversion 1220 canadain. Where did you get 2200? Also it ranks at 259 not that rating means anything to anyone who really knows pinball.

I see this all the time. It seems ottawa and quebec are always a little cheaper then Toronto area

Thanks I think it's fair too, plus I have a little wiggle room if someone wants to buy a second game at the same time.

Did a actual count yesterday sitting at 51 games.
Hoping to get down to 35 by Christmas.

That said I'm still cool with trades for rz +/- cash.

Also looking for a scion FRS but doubt anyone has that to trade
