Agreed, I did not see the misaligned insert but still the playfield is a lot better than many that I've seen. Backglass looks good too. No pics of the cab or inside so don't know what the overall condition is like.

Not cheap enough it seems as it has been listed for almost a month now. Let me give you Vengeance's cliff notes version as to why Diner sucks just for fun :)

So in closing not only is diner just a one trick pony, it's a one shot pony and should be sent to the glue factory.

Be careful mentioning what others have paid for their games because you never know if someone like McMean will modernize their Catacomb with a shaker, change all the rubbers to white, touch up the cab with a sharpie and flip for mad profit!

Thanks for the heads up. I was in contact with the seller "Jeff" about the pinbots back in April when they were listed. It seemed legit though? What is the scam exactly? Or does he just sell turd games?

Yes it IS amazing how much effort people will put into avoiding legitimate work. :cool:

When I was first getting into the hobby about 5 or 6 years ago, I contacted Mr Utterly/Anderson/whatever about a Playboy machine. He spoke with me on the phone about the game and about pinball in general for at least 1/2 hour. he sounded like a great guy who was giving me tons of information. He told me that CPR was planning on releasing a Playboy playfield in the future, etc.

We eventually made a day and time to meet. When I got there, there was nobody there, even though a truck was in the driveway. I swore I saw the curtains move. I camped out for close to an hour. Just before I left, someone who I believe was the landlord showed up to cut the grass. He asked me if I was waiting for the guy who lived there and we had a brief discussion. What I gleaned from the confab was that Mr Anderson was a strange dude who rarely came outside and owed some rent.

I wasted about 3 hours on him. That was the end of it for me.
