I don't think it has anything to do with the "other side" Doug. It has more to do with "You get what you give" in this hobby and Bally Boy gives nothing :) Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with that and there are lots of people in this hobby that do the same.

Thanks for the nod of approval. I've never given a single thing to this hobby - and you typed it and it's here on PBR, it must be true....

Hold on. Let me just go back through your 15 posts since 2012.

Yep... huge contribution.
Thanks

I hate to comment on someone I've never met... but seems the only time your name comes up its in connection to some overpriced game or someone you're giving the runaround who's trying to buy sed overpriced game.

I could see how it would be annoying to have Mike hanging around setting prospective noob buyers straight on such "deals" and calling out certain sellers.

I'm an outsider here. Rarely post only when I want to mention a scammer or somethings out of tune. But what I have gathered and reading everything on here, Mike Wong is the man. He's the only one dedicated enough to constantly post updates on where pins are available. I applaud him for that and greatly appreciate it. No one else does this, not even me. It takes time and energy to constantly put that together.

Anyone who talks trash about the guy is already in the hole. The more trash talking towards mwong, the bigger the hole you need to dig yourself out of. He's only showed respect, and only speaks the truth. If he talks trash, then it's because you deserve it. I am sure most people, say, 98% in the community think the same way about him (I sure do). Shit, I'd shake his hand if I ever met Mike Wong, even buy him a few beers for appreciation. We need more people like Mike who's dedicated to the hobby. I mean I'm not saying he's a saint as we all have a loose side which is normal, but he's fucking cool man. Bottom line is that he's done more in this hobby in the little time he's been in it then guys who've been here for 10+ years. I'll always give the guy props because he's honest and real with you. Keep it up Mike, love the constant updates on what's for sale!

You guys got each others backs - that's for sure.

As for my posts on PBR, let's just say yeah, awesome. I don't go post on forums too much these days, Mike didn't appreciate the comment/joke I guess. Brock got it.

I'm not going against MWONG specifically - that's just stupid.. He IS the man over here. So are you. So is Brock. So is Doug. I'm so outside the circle..... oh no....Be it Pinside, PBR, or over on MAACA.... fight the good fight.... my supposed overpriced games just don't translate well into forum groups like this I guess. No problem, I'll keep'em.... and I don't usually sell to NEWBS or I would just put it on Kijiji.

I've met you before Drano, let's not pretend, I even appologized for busting Cooke's balls in your room in Allentown a couple years ago.... please.... It's all manipulated bullshit.

I've also helped and contributed plenty to this hobby. No matter what you post about me, my ethics, pricing or games.

My mistake.
Yep... we've met Dan.
I've been cursed (or blessed) with a poor memory.
However, one meeting doesn't constitute knowing someone and I still dislike having to comment as I did on someone who's reputation I've only come by through 2nd hand experiences and hearsay.

In any case, if there was a joke, I'm certain that neither I or many others here got it. If there is a perceived circle here, it is amongst those that love this hobby and have tried to contribute and help others (openly and behind the scenes).

And, for the record, I sell games at top dollar too. But, that's usually because of the calibre of game I try to collect or the work and money I've put into them. I'd like to say that I turn a profit, but that is almost never the case.

Bottom line is that this hobby has given me many gifts and I have tried to give back in my own way. Mike does so in his and others in theirs, whether it be via repair advice, creating a blog or simply sharing their experiences.

I think this thread has been derailed enough. If you feel you have something to contribute Dan, then that is your decision to make.

I guess he could still consign it to the next point and click auction and compete with: Ripleys B or N, Family guy, Judge Dredd, Dirty Harry, Sinbad and Roller Games.... (listed so far)

Ripleys and Family Guy were on regular sale at Playdium Store. They couldnt move them at their high prices, so they will try their luck on auction.
