I'm sure it was the TZ, I emailed him a few months ago to offer a deposit for it and pay the rest at pick up, he never got back to me.

If you mean this ad on Kijiji in Cambridge, it's Randy's. aka Silverball . Everybody at TCPL knows him, a lot of LOPL know him, TOPL guys know him and it's for sure whatever he says it is. He's a straight shooter and, unfortunately for my pinball standings, a good pinball shooter as well. Ask anyone.

Yep, getting stung is inevitable. I picked up a Shadow, drove all the way to VFW to pick it up (vehicle to vehicle transfer) and was assured it was working perfectly. Got it home and numerous issues. My tech has been trying to trouble shoot it now for the past couple of weeks and I've finally resolved myself to order a new Rottendog MPU Security board. So, I've had the pin 3 weeks now and haven't been able to play a single game. Not the first time I've been stung. The way I look at it, not everyone has the same ethics and values as some of us.....and those of us that would never misrepresent a pin will eventually get screwed over. Oh, and of course, the seller swears up and down, it was working fine when he took it out of his home.

****Caveat Emptor*** Before Wong or Meegis chime in. Yes, I did set TS on fire when trying to repair the pin myself. It's a long story. But that damage was repaired and all the same errors remain, prior to THE FIRE. (Screw you Wong!)

Yes, it was the TZ posted on Kijiji in Sudbury, the post was picked up by MWong as he lists the Kijiji posts. The seller claimed that he owned it for 9 years, there where 9 bulbs burnt on it, 3 under the mini-field including the flasher and Im saying to myself, "if I owned this pin, and I was selling it, I would (at least) replace all the lights, particularly the ones under the mini play field (all LEDed now btw w OCD LED). Im sure he a) did not own it for 9 years and b) ever remove the mini play field for maintenance. Luckily the play field is perfect...

Luckily, Ive had great experiences prior, so just wanted to alert everyone here.

Wow! $2500 for F-14 and it needs new rubbers. I'll put mine up for sale then for $2450 and it has new rubbers installed.
