I tried it at ReplayFX... It wasn't spectacular, but there are worse games out there... And that's definitely not MJF's likeness on there!

MJF did in fact refuse his likeness on the game, but never heard the reason why... I personally don't mind the game but like many DE games pretty much comes down to one shot.

I love how the vendor of the Fire Queen says it's "not very hard" to put the bag of parts back together to reconstruct the entire playfield. I mean, if you're going to take the thing apart for clearcoat and change your mind at least have the decency to put it back together with the pictures you took..... Er.... Wait, what pic.....? LOL

i am sure most have been there where we have been highly motivated on a game then something else came across that piqued our interest more. i was contacted about this machine a couple of weeks ago when i was in quebec and coincidentally played their well played copy that night at McFlys in QC.
I was impressed by this guys restore work that he had done on a couple of machines when i picked up an unrestored game from him a couple of months ago and he did have a Royal Flush that he was restoring and in the process of clearcoating.
His rationale more than likely is why put the machine back together for said buyer to tear it down again. Although deservedly he may get a better price intact. I do have an offer in, and i can understand him not taking it too.

i am in negotiation for a sing along elsewhere but when i saw this phoned the gentleman. anyways talking with a few others that i know i was sent an email dated 2010 with pics of the playfield in terrible condition. i can see why its been on the market for 5+ years

Thanks! i guess the owner of this machine is a pinballrevolution member and within 5 minutes of reading what was said here.. texted me taking my offer. what can i say, im a sucker for 70s EMS especially ones with minty backglasses.
