So, in Summary so far...
Contributor # 11 (Luch) provided Bluffs pinball # EM's which we will setup for Finals of Season # 1 on Sat. April 16 @ BPL.
Pinball machine's # 11 (300) #12 (Flip Flop) and #13 (SkyJump) will replace other EM's @ BPL and be enjoyed for some time.
Contributer # 12 has revealed himself on another thread created by Contributor # 17. "Hey, I got a new machine" details are in said thread.
Contributor #12 (Spiroagnew) took Pinball # 10 (Abracadabra) from Contributor #3 (myself) who obtained it from Contributor #11 (Luch) at the same time as the above Pinball machines #11, 12 and 13.
Contributor # 1 (Barry) has revealed the date of that gathering in Dec. 2012 where we see Contributor # 2 (Mike Wong) as Wong hogs Pinball # 1 (Volley # 3) for a great portion of that evening indicating that Mike does in fact enjoy the occasional non-DMD once upon a moon.
Contributor # 14 (Drano) had been leading several of us (chief among them Contributor # 3 - Myself) down this path of EM's for quite some time and this night solidified how much EM's and simple SS's became the focal point of casual gatherings.
Contributor # 2 (Wong) did locate and find me Pinball # 5 (C-37) while Contributor #14 (Drano) did find me Pinball #8 (Volley #1) from Contributor # 18 in Quebec. See, it really is all about Volley, and Volley is the "new Volley".
Contributor # 17 (Seven) revealed on his "new machine" thread that he has a new Volley, and a beautiful example it is indeed. Great thread and great read imho.
Next story (which I have delayed telling) until after PAPA is over, is up next on deck.
Contributor # 8 and Contributor # 3 (myself) travel to Alexandria VA, Washington DC and stop at a magical place in Pittsburg PA on the way home. Contributor # 2 + 14 (Wong + Drano) convinced me long ago to pass on a Pinball # 3 (Joker Poker EM) example because it wasn't the right example for me Contributor # 3 at that time. Years later, these same Contributor's # 2 + 14 along with Contributor #12 (Spiroagnew) and a few others, let me Contributor # 3 know that the correct Pinball # 3 (Joker Poker - EM) had come up and was available from Contributor # 7 in Alexandria VA.
With Contributor # 17 (Seven) purchasing Pinball # 15, ( Volley # 4) at such an interesting moment in the telling of this story, it just makes the importance of Pinball # 1 (Volley # 3) even more interesting. Most of us in ON don't know Contributor #17 (Seven) except from his online presence here. I can guarantee you that once Contributor # 17 (Seven) opens his place in BC, there will be many here who would visit this contributor whom I no longer consider a stranger...
