The PCB shop I used to spin the boards screwed up my order, and I just haven't bothered to bring in enough blanks to motivate me enough to make them.
I have a couple of people interested in them... If everyone still wants some I can look into making up a batch.

VFW is strictly to play games. A-town is a mixed bag, as you have the flea market, parts guys selling stuff and free play area. Plus the farmers market and everything else in and around Allentown.

I'd grab the only real game left on my WTB list, Safecracker. With the spare change I'd probably add a couple EM's. (C37, Cleo, Volley, 300 or something to that effect)

It's likely due to vibration from the left flipper exposing an alignment issue with the opto setup. I had this issue on a clients Stern Spiderman where the sandman opto's were the alignment was boarderline from the factory and various vibrations on the PF would cause a break in the opto beam...
Aren't these still available NIB from disti's? If you can't find anyone looking to sell their used one, at least you have options. (obviously only the standard edition)

Is there any chance the coil has been rubbing against something? Any of the lugs close to something that it could possibly touch via vibration? I had a client's RCT that was intermittently blowing one of the coil fuses in the head, turns out the factory installed the kickback mech slightly off...
I thought the same thing about the brightness of the LED DMD @ Expo, it's just way too bright period. The guys @ ColorDMD should have installed a trim-pot to be able to adjust the brightness like you can on some of the other LED display products (think Pinscore). A filter in front of the LED...
Any household bulb will work in that holder Terry. I would suggest an LED version from Home Depot to save on heat.
One of the first things you should do is pull the lower PCB in the head with all the connectors on it, and reflow all the connectors. That PCB is notorious for bad /cold solder...
