And I've got almost half the parts to stuff these already... the connectors will be here in a couple days but the balance of the relays could take up to a month to arrive.

Here's the batch of blanks I found... The PCB shop messed up my order, should have been 30 x 5up panel for a total of 150pcs. Unfortunately they missed the 5up panel portion of my order and only sent me 30pcs total.

Ok guys, I found 30 blank PCB's in my parts stash that I can build up and I just happen to now have 30pcs spoken for. If anyone else would like some, they will have to hold off until the next run.
I will update this post with build progress.
Thanks!

Alright people, I have started to place orders for components.
These will take some time to manufacture as I need to order new blank PCB's and wait for all of the components to arrive. If my calculations are correct I should still be able to offer these for the original quoted price, just...
I could write out the procedures here but it's already covered in the wiki, so it's easier to just post the URL;

Glad you got it all sorted out.

I designed the PCB to work with the later DCS games as well but those sound PCB's are not prone to the same shut down noises as WMS changed the design. I figured why not as the only things I had to add to the design was a couple of headers and a cable, so it was minimal cost.

Tim, even though I curse every STTNG I lay my hands on... let me know if you have any questions or need any help with troubleshooting the 5/12v supply.

It will most certainly address the issue you are experiencing. The reason these games have this issue is the way the sound PCB power supply is designed...
I have to dig out my BoM and price out all of the components for a build of 25-30pcs and see if I can make the numbers work. My original...
Check that main power board for sure. Wouldn't surprise me if you found a LOT of cold solder on that PCB, and the vibrations in the game could likely be causing them to connect and flash that lamp.
Also, if you're trying to find original lamp sockets for any bad ones on the PF don't bother...
