The USC would never replace the tumbler, two totally different cleaning processes. Normally you would use the USC first on metal parts to clean them, and then toss them into the tumbler to polish.

I would say that electrical was not installed to code. Usually any buried AC wire needs to be at minimum 18" below the surface, and usually in some sort of conduit... unless it's not AC and it's a low voltage run?
D
Oh it's likely the diode, but when you are troubleshooting something it's best to know 100% what is causing the issue so you know that you have 100% corrected the problem. (at least that's how I roll)

Ok, but do you have a pic of the USC cleaner vs the grease cleaner? You're only showing me a pre-cleaned vs post cleaned. I have been using spray9 in my USC until now with great results (diluted of course) but figured I'd try the powder from Art too just to see the results.

I recently just bought a package of the USC cleaning agent from Art @ Comet. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet...
I've never used my USC timer for the full hour, but it's nice to know I have the option.
D
Yeah, heat is essential with USC. I finally found a decent size industrual Branson USC with a 1 hour timer and built in heater, and the longer timer and built in heater to keep the hot water hot all the time has proved to work wonders.

I've seen this game in person, and I was surprised at how nice this game was overall. The missing top door wouldn't be difficult to make up if it was something that bothered any potential owner. It's not needed for gameplay and you can't see it unless you're looking from the back of the...
I would start taking voltage measurements at the A/C outlets in your game area once "shit starts going wrong" just to see where your source voltage is measuring at. (hell I'd be checking the outlets in the whole house to be honest) If your whole house voltage is dropping low when the games are...
For those of you having reset issues when you have all your games on and running, how many games are you guys running on a single circuit would be my first question? And are you 100% sure the circuit your games are running on is free and clear of any other loads? With you guys having issues...
As I've told other people I know in the past, as neat as this PCB is it's a band-aid fix and just recently had a service call on a game that had one of these installed.
The IJ that was at the CPC apparently developed a reset issue at the tourney, so someone installed one of these KAHR reset...
Just wanted to correct this statement, the PF was NOT cleared by Poolman. The CC work on that PF was done by Treasure Cove. I purchased it from Chris Hutchins @ HEP as he pulled it from a client's machine he was installing a NOS PF for him.
The PF swap was done by me, and the cabinet decals...
