Have you contacted PB resource about having your existing gearbox rebuilt? I seem to recall them offering this service in the past, but can't say I've ever used it. Might be worth a shot? D

It's just fun streel level baseball themed pinball. It ain't no Metallica that's for sure, but for baseball theme'd games I'd say it's one of the more fun to play ones. D

I would beg to disagree with this statement. Where the ColorDMD guys get riled up VERY quickly whenever there seems to be any sort of competition for them, I'm willing to bet the profit margin on these displays is actually pretty high. D

Yes, your issue is further upstream for sure. You need to isolate WHERE the issue is before you can begin to formulate any sort of repair. Swapping out the driver *should* help confirm where to look next. D

Could be a connector issue between the MPU and the driver or could be an issue with the decoder IC on the driver or even the PIA on the MPU. D
