    That is completely normal for TP8. You're measuring an unregulated voltage so it will fluctuate based on load and source voltage. D

    First thing to check would be the fuse on the power supply in the head. Lower right side of the backbox. From there you'll want to look for burnt / crispy connectors. D

    Is that an LCD in the back middle of the PF? (the image of the Hulkster is on it in these pics) Bsaed on the different images I would say that it is. I too enjoy this one more as well given it's got a lot of the classic wrestlers on it. D

    If you're replacing the caps on the WPC driver, use caution to not lift any traces. There are a few on the top side under the bridge that I've seen people pull up all too often. D
