Talk to SameDay for shipping. I think that's who I used for shipping some large PA speakers from Calgary and it was reasonable. Also had 3 pins shipped from SK to Toronto and I think I paid about $150 each. (this was a few years ago now)

Thanks guys. Nothing better than having all your co-workers tell you that the new tradition around the office is you are expected to go buy your own birthday cake to share with everyone... Talk about a kick in the teeth eh?

A dolly is usually a requirement but a pin lifter is only really needed if you have LOTS of games and you're constantly moving them or working on them. (I've been wanting a proper lift given the amount of work I do on pins, but have yet to find one I'm willing to pull the trigger on)

Re: Feeler: Selling my 2011 GTi Candy White, 2 Door 350 HP
Not bad. What's the mileage? Only thing I would change is the wheels... I'm a sucker for the OEM Huff's.
I miss my '00 supercharged GTi VR6 and my '08 R32. :(

The $15 price tag doesn't actually surprise me being Stern and all, but if they are touting one of the reasons to move to LED being MTBF (longevity) they should be replacing any and all LED failures for free for the life of each pin they sell with them.
If the user wanted to change the stock...
Yeah, if you can make it out to the Ottawa show that would be hands down the best place to play a bunch of games to get a feel for what you like as well as a decent selection of games to purchase all at the same time.
Lots of the members here will be in attendance too. (I can't make it out due...
All LED bulbs from Stern would be PCB mounted for sure, and yes replacing the actual LED on the PCB would be a pain without the correct tools but I'm sure you'll be able to get replacements from Stern without too much trouble and cost. I would be surprised if Stern didn't send out replacements...
Re: Interest Check FT: Williams IJ for WPT $$$
Can't believe the GI in the head crapped out after it left here... figures! That's pinball baby!
If I'm up in your neck of the woods before the game gets sold I'll take a look at and repair the GI for you.

I have to agree with Drano 100%, as I view CQ exactly as he does.
I also agree with other posters, that talk is cheap and proof is in the pudding. Anyone selling something can claim whatever they like but pictures (for the most part) and a visual inspection tell a much better story.

Welcome to the sickness... err I mean hobby Ed. Definitely a good mix of characters around here, and I'm sure we'll be able to help you obtain your first game without too much difficulty. (Wong is definitely the right person to be in touch with in that department)

Oh man, the thought of this game being scrapped for $$$ makes me sick. Here's hoping they do some googling first and realize the value and then try to sell it!
