Looks good and what kind of RGB LED kit did you use? Something similar to this which you can get off ebay for $10-15usd shipped from my cousins?
Also how did you attach or how do they look close up?
I think if I had a choice of having or not having lollipop side rails on a game would be purely just to hide wear. Otherwise if there is no cab flipper wear I would prefer a small piece of clear mylar just to protect and prevent wear from starting.
If you only have a flipper button wear as shown below that is not easy to touch up but rest of the cab is great then another good option. I know lollipop rails wouldn't cover all the wear on this MM pictured here but just used as an example.
It certainly looks better then something like this.
It looks like pinballsidemirrors.com is having a sale on a brand new product. They are Williams Side rails that are similar to the Stern lollipop style side rails that protect or cover up existing flipper button wear.
