Great game, but I hope your repair skills are up to the challenge. This is a Sys80 game... If you don't know anything about Sys80 I suggest you do a LOT of research before you consider adding one of these to your collection. (these are games for people that like to fix more than play if you...
Payment has been sent. I am waiting for confirmation on duties if any... Even though this is a pinball part made in the USA, to CBSA this looks like a bulk shipment of plastic. If this shipment gets questioned proper documentation will be required from the merchant for CBSA purposes, and if...

Only you can decide which is the right choice for you. As you can see, everyone has their own opinion as to which game they would prefer and that's what is so great about pinball. :)
Go log decent amount of time on both before...
If Brafasco has them, lots of locations around. Must be one near your work... I tried them years ago when looking for these and came up empty tho, as the ones they had were sheet metal screws and had the self taping tips which don't work on PF's.

Nope, I spent a lot of hours chasing local suppliers for these and the longer silver coloured ones. I ended up buying a couple bags from Tom's Hardware in the end.

Re: Congo - erractic post beside left ramp (still resolving)
I'd replace the switch with a new one. Clearly that switch is tied directly to the behavior of that up-post.

Re: Dutch Pinball: Bride of Pinbot 2.0 Kit Colour Demo
If I had a Bopp I'd splurge on this kit for sure. Alas... I've never been a fan of Pinbot et al.

You would be correct in that F-14 only had one production software revision, but that wasn't the case for all games. Take a look at High Speed. That game has 4 production ROM revisions. Unfortunately it's the nature of the beast, always has been and always will be. If any company (not just...
I agree some of what you hear is blown out of proportion, but some of it is not. But don't think for a second that some of the CBSA agents don't "have the slightest clue what your machines true collectable value really is". Some of them do...

I wouldn't be so sure of this... I've been in this hobby a long time, and I've heard PLENTY of stories. All I can say is don't be too naive when it comes to crossing the boarder.

Re: Revenge from Mars
It's kinda high, but if I'm reading that right it comes with two full P2K computers w/ prism card (one for each game). It's also been upgraded to an LCD which is good in that it's more reliable than the CRT long term but you should be aware that these don't look as good...
Re: Revenge from Mars
One thing to note in my post, I am running a NuCore system so the swap is WAY less complicated than with the OEM P2K system. (one of the MANY reasons NuCore rocks) It's literally remove one PF, disconnect the connectors from the PF, connect the new PF, swap the shooter...
70k max? Yikes... I know a few people that have spent that much just to finish their basement (and nothing too big or fancy either), let alone add an addition the size you were looking at.
Sorry to hear the bad news though...
