I went with a 10L Analog similar to this one. I paid about $250 +ship but that was two years ago. It will get most everything except for full PF harnesses....which can be done but in smaller batches. For long metal pieces, you'll need bigger as the part needs to be fully submerged or you'll get...
Adam, try dropping the mix to 90/10 or 80/20 and use the hottest water from the tap. My USC experience is showing a hotter temp and % dilution works better and saves $$$.

I have the 808 and it changed my life. Remove chips in a minute, resistor and caps in seconds. Also great for re-flowing header pins with fresh solder. Make sure you order some additional tips and filters.
