Yes, some pins came pre-drilled from the factory for lock bar holes. My HUO ToTAN and HUO CV both have the hasp bar mounts pre-installed from the factory.

Yep. I have some clients that want absolutely nothing to do with maintaining a pinball machine. Some things can be so simple and get overlooked simply because the owner doesn't know how or feel comfortable working on a game.
I, like you, enjoy that aspect of the hobby immensely.
