That plastic is ALWAYS busted on every Wh20, as well as that mountain. Not sure if I've ever seen either of these available separately, and not even Marco breaks these up... This could be a tough one. D

There are two wires to the emitter and two wires to the receiver. There could be a break in any of these four wires which would cause this issue but it could also be a failed emitter or receiver. If you have access to the emitter, you can always look at it through a digital camera to see if...

I have to ask how you managed to blow that fuse during diagnostics? And if you cannot get a 3/8, roll with the 250ma as I have used those in a pinch in that location. (and never ever over fuse!) D
