    Stern Single Drop target issue-GB

Took it apart today, and stretching the spring out was enough. Easy fix-thanks for the tip! See how long that holds for.

Tommy from Nitro becomes a Stern dealer

So you mean the same way as you can only get cable from Rogers in some locations and Cogeco in others?

    Stern Single Drop target issue-GB

Thanks-sounds like that's a similar problem. I'll give that a shot. The other thing I found was a reference to a service bulletin that had you shim out the plastic ledge with some washers, but increasing the compression on that spring seems like the better solution right now, especially given...

    Stern Single Drop target issue-GB

I noticed on my GB this morning that the right drop target wasn't staying up. Sure enough, in test it would go up and then right back down. If I move it manually it stays up, but it looks like the lip on the target isn't catching properly when it's fired up by the solenoid. I haven't taken...

Stern Guardians of the Galaxy Teaser posted on Twitter

So, the pro is missing 2 of the magnets, and the kicker on the rocket shot as far as features that would actually impact gameplay, right? The matrix says the rocket shot is static, but the pics on pinball news look like there's a coil there, so not sure. Any word on whether they'll have any...

JJP Game #4 Pirates of the Carribean

The CE looks like a waste, but the LE seems more reasonable. What's the idea with the left ramp? Is there something that will pull the ball into that funnel, or is it just there for slow/missed shots? Screen in the apron is a great idea-looking forward to seeing how that works. That disc...

    Introducing the C64 Mini

Neat-I wonder if you'll be able to load new software onto it?

    Any local Mame techs?

What kind of problem are you having? Any idea whether it's hardware or software?

Nintendo is releasing a miniature NES with 30 built-in games Launches in November

I wonder if these new ones will be re-engineered at all to make it harder to install other games on them?

    WTB-IPAC

Yeah, those would probably work. Not sure whether you can use the A-Pac devices on a raspberry pi, but it's worth a shot.

    Bluffs goes weekly!

Good luck! I'd be really curious to hear whether you end up keeping the same numbers weekly as you had before the change.

    Stern star wars

I guess the difference there is that each of those multiballs are a little harder to start than something like Light Cycle on Tron, couch on TSPP, Magneto on XM, etc. They're rewards for completing certain objectives, and not necessarily an objective on their own. Maybe it makes more sense now...

Anyone have a spare ipac that they're not using (2 or 4 player version)?

CPR: The Playfield Run of the Decade!

Looks to be a great job, but that is going to be a really expensive PF replacement. If you really like your Addams Family though, then what's an extra $2000...

    Stern star wars

Finally got a chance to get a few games on this last night, and I'm more impressed than I thought I'd be. I'm still not sure what I'm doing in most cases, but I put up a few 300M+ games on the latest code. Some of those shots are really tight-I couldn't hit the Death Star consistently, and...

    CNE Gaming Garage

The pinball tournament for this is being organized by Steve Martin, Eddie D'Orazio, and Jack Tadman, and it's a free herb style (pump n dump) tournament. 20 entries per player, and cash prizes.

SOLD Huo star trek next generation $6300

You don't see many HUO WPC games like that. Price on that is interesting-$4190 in 1994. Adjusting for inflation that comes out to around 6,375.45, which puts things in perspective. Of course, STTNG would probably be a $12000 LE today given what's in it.

    Stern star wars

Glad you guys are enjoying your games! Still haven't had a chance to play it myself, but should be able to next week at League.

    Stern star wars

I haven't played the game yet, but I'm also a big enough Star Wars fan that it's on my radar. I've resolved to wait though, for a few reasons: 1-I like the premium artwork over the pro/LE 2-They'll be making premiums for a while 3-The longer you wait, the more you'll see whether the code...

    New ways

A NOS PF for that would probably cost 3x what you paid for the game, wouldn't it? Given the condition/price, it could be a good opportunity to learn PF repair/resto yourself. Best case, you have a good condition BOPP, and worst case, you make a trashed game slightly more trashed.
